Hello all, I hate the Democratic Party just as much as I hate the Republican Party, and lately I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with Democratic Party talking heads and self-described progressive liberals who are really at the end of the day right-wingers and pro-capitalism and part of what some marxists label "class colaborationists" and "the capitalist-left" like David Pakman, Chris Hedges, Thom Hartmann, Meidas Touch, and The Young Turks. At the end of the day, these figures seem like apologists for the Democratic Party, telling their loyal audiences on those partisan channels that they have no choice but to vote for Democratic politicians in the upcoming midterm and 2028 presidential elections. I think that’s wrong, because the Democratic Party isn’t a solution to save the U.S. from Israel, oligarchs, capitalists, or imperialist think tanks. Because of the fact that the Democratic Party is pro-Israel, pro-capitalism, pro-oligarch, and supports imperialist wars of aggression. In my view, sensible Americans should hate Democrats just as much as they should hate Republicans.

Yesterday, I joined a live chat on the Democratic Party’s YouTube channel “Meidas Touch” and greeted everyone with “Hello my socialist friends.” One of the reactionary right-wing Democrat chatters got upset and replied, “I am a lot of things, but I am not socialist.” I responded, “It’s okay, I love my anti-socialist enemies too.”

I reminded myself that it’s a waste of energy and time, toxic, and not very rational for Marxists and far-leftists to try engaging in conversations with center-leftists, the so-called “progressive liberals.”

I remember reading an article on the alternative site Dissident Voice by Bruce Lerro, which claimed that in many policies, the Democratic Party has been worse for poor people than the Republican Party. I used to join Democratic Party YouTube live chats like The Young Turks, Thom Hartmann, David Pakman, Secular Talk, and other progressive centrist channels, but yesterday I quit them all. I hadn’t realized until recently that most Democratic Party activists and members dislike communism, socialism, and even anti-imperialist states. Since the Democratic Party is, in my view, an imperialist party like the Republican Party, they also label Maduro a dictator, and I suspect many Democratic activists even support the illegal kidnapping of former Venezuelan President Maduro. As corrupt and fake-socialist as Maduro has been, it was still an international crime for U.S. Armed Forces to invade Venezuelan territory to kidnap him.

Many Democrats also back Ukraine and Israel, and align with several of the policies supported by Trump and the Republican Party.

I don’t get how low-wage, low-income workers in the United States can still support the Democratic Party, and I bet the Democratic Party will try to take over the leadership of the anti-ICE protests.

It’s time for the Marxist left to come together and ensure the Democratic Party doesn’t capitalize on the frustration toward the Republican Party and Trump’s administration.

On a final note, something I forgot to mention is that not only does Chris Hedges align himself with many of the Democratic Party’s policies, but I suspect that most loyal supporters of mainstream academic center-left intellectuals like Chris Hedges, Tom Engelhart, Thom Hartmann, Medea Benjamin, Richard Wolff, Dean Baker, Jeffrey St. Clair, Amy Goodman, Noam Chomsky, Bernie Sanders, and others ultimately, during pre-election periods such as the upcoming mid-term and presidential elections, influence and encourage their devoted followers to cast their votes for Democratic Party candidates. And that's who both parties maintain themselves in power. The Republican Party also have an array of talking-heads that sell themselves as progressives, anti-Israel and anti-war, (Candece Owens, Tucker Carlson, Nick Fuentes, but in pre-election times they motivate their supporters and fans to caste their votes for The Republican Party.
